- A few years ago I left my cubicle in New York - I traded my Metrocard for bug spray and the great outdoors. I went to work at a boys' summer camp in Maine. Think Nickelodeon's Camp Anawanna. When I wasn't working I could be found cruising on the boats at the waterfront and tiki-touring in the Northeast. It changed me forever.
